Cutters and Sample Punches

There are many different types of cutters available

  • pneumatic or manual models
  • punches that produce a standard-specified strip with only one hand move, as well as completely free-form scissor cutters
  • production cutters that take a cross-direction strip directly from the jumbo roll
  • and others.

In some cases also individual punch blade shapes tailored for customer needs may be possible, within certain size limitations. Ask your ProBoreal dealer!

Disintegrator

As an example of a pulp preparation device, a Frank-PTI Disintegrator. It mixes pulp sheets in a water bowl for a preset number of revolutions so that the sheets fully disperse into fibers under the conditions specified by the standard.

Sheet SpeedDrier

An example for sample drying, a Sheet Drier model name SpeedDrier. Dries wet sheets in controlled conditions. Available in different  sizes.
