HVAC investigations

We offer ventilation inspections compliant with the Ministry of the Environment’s official Ventilation Inspection Guide for public and private buildings. During the inspection, all HVAC units, outdoor air intakes, and available documentation are examined, the automation system is evaluated, and approximately 20% of the rooms are inspected on site.

  • A cost-effective assessment providing a comprehensive view of the ventilation system’s condition, operation, and maintenance level.
  • The duration of the inspection is adjusted based on the size and specific features of the building.

Ventilation Studies

We design and carry out ventilation studies tailored to each site and its specific needs.
The studies can include, for example:

  • Review of ventilation design plans and sizing
  • Inspection of automation and control systems
  • Optimization of operating hours and time schedules
  • Examination of ventilation units, outdoor air devices, and ductwork
  • Analysis of terminal devices and air distribution
  • Studies of demand-controlled ventilation (DCV)
  • Inspection of ventilation system settings
  • Airflow visualization and optimization using smoke tests
  • Indoor environment assessments and follow-up measurements

Consulting & Training

We provide expert support for ventilation system design, procurement, and studies.
We also offer training for property owners and service providers.
